照片照在手機裡

就一直會在手機裡

直到照片被刪除

同樣的

行善業

也一直存在

永遠存在心識中

就在心識裡

行惡業

也一直存在

永遠存在心識中

就在心識裡

善業或惡業

一直會在那裡

永遠存在心識中

就在心識裡

而且

跟隨著我們

如同影子般

形影不離

直到我們死亡

跟著我們一起投胎

照片可以「死亡」

由刪除而「死亡」

但善業或惡業

一旦做矣

無法抹滅刪除

一直存在那裡

跟隨著我們如同影子般

隨著我們永無止盡的輪迴轉世「不離不棄」

善業生善果

惡業生惡果

是謂業報

只有直到完全的解脫

即完全的潔淨之時

否則這個影子永遠跟隨者我們

我們所行造就我們的業

我們的業跟著我們如同影子般

一世又一世的跟著我們輪迴投胎

多可怕的影子

只有直到我們可以由這樣的纏綒染污中解脫

否則這個影子就會一直跟隨者我們

故此

保持正念！

思無惡！

語無惡！

行無惡！

潔淨我們的心！

保持正念！

善惕雅尼愚思於清邁

A photo taken 

A photo taken is in the phone.

A phone taken is there inside the phone.

It is always inside the phone,

Until you delete it.

In the same way,

A wholesome deed been taken,

It is there.

It is always there inside the mind.

It is there imprinted in the mind.

An unwholesome deed been taken,

It is there. 

It is always there inside the mind.

It is there imprinted in the mind.

Whether wholesome or unwholesome,

They are there,

Always there 

Inside the mind

Imprinted in the mind.

And

They follow us like a shadow till we die

and  together with our rebirth.

A photo taken can “died”

By delete it.

But a wholesome or unwholesome deed once done,

It cannot be deleted.

It is always there.

Follow us like a shadow throughout our endless cycle of rebirth.

Wholesome deeds ripen wholesome fruition.

Unwholesome deeds ripen unwholesome fruition.

That is called karma.

Not until the total deliverance of Freedom,

The total purification of the mind,

The shadow is always following us.

Our own deeds make up our own karma.

Our own karma follows us like a shadow,

Endlessly following us one birth to another birth.

A horrible shadow!

Until we can be free from all entangled defilements,

The shadow is always there.

Thus,

Be mindful!

Think no harm!

Act no harm!

And speak no harm!

Purify your mind!

Be mindful!
